  Zero acknowledgment of people waiting to be helped. I finally I walked up and was told “we are organizing stamps we aren’t open” This was during business hours.

  Had two packages send to my Williston ND address. And both have been lost or put in someone else’s mailbox. Currently waiting 2-3 business days to see where it is. If I could I would give zero stars.

  You can’t ask for guidance without getting griped at “you’re not ready, are you ready”, and not give me 10seconds to pull a zip code. Then when you get back in line she spends 10 minutes entertaining some moose about their tracking number. Not a modicum of humility. DOGE, please let her retire soon. Thanks!
