The Williston Post Office has been great. My recent address change was complicated, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally. The new Head Postmaster has made a clear, positive difference. Mail can be slower in a rural area, but this team does an excellent job. Let’s show them more kindness and support — they truly care about our community.

Worst post office I've ever dealt with. We haven't received any mail in the past 4 days over by the fairgrounds. Our delivery driver only delivers when it's convenient.

I would also like to give a special Thank You to LACEY! She’s such a sweetheart! Always goes extra to make sure we get our mail and packages! I’d also like point out to people to have some patience and respect and understand how hard these mail people work! Amazon who makes billions just dumped a huge workload on their routes! I know because I would always get my stuff delivered and now it’s USPS that gets stuck with a lot of my 💩 crap! I feel so bad! I just don’t have the energy and I’m disabled to go out and do my shopping. I rely heavily on the mall services. I really appreciate all of them.

Renee is such a sweetheart!! I don’t understand why there’s so many bad reviews! I understand that getting mail delivered can be frustrating. I’ve had now I can’t even count how many packages 📦 have been sent back because the shipping people have been incredibly incompetent and don’t know what they are doing when it comes to printing out my correct address with the apartment number. It’s not fair to the ladies who go above and beyond to try and find the packages 📦 when it’s only literally 2 ladies working in there. All I can say is USPS needs to hire some more people to help them out. Otherwise, I always leave with a smile even though I don’t always get my packages lol 📦 it’s not their fault. Such sweet a lady. Renee really tried to find all 50 million of my packages. I didn’t expect that. All I know is that I appreciate her and I want USPS to give this lady a raise and some recognition! ⭐️ I’m from California and new to North Dakota and it was nice to be welcomed. *there is also an online service where you can make sure your address is correct when moving from a new state-

My only complaint is mail does not run every day. Normally no big deal. But those of us who have our medication mailed it can turn out bad.

If the drivers aren't running you off the roads you can garuntee they will be several days late with your mail. Idk how this place hasn't been audited internally . Worst usps I've ever come accross. Updated . This place needs audited , several packages have gone missing after being marked as delivered . Worst postal service in the nation . They have to be deliberate to be this bad

The worst USPS in America, PERIOD! I sent a package. I may not have put enough tapes in it. They shipped it anyway that caused some of items to be missing ?

Sent my grandma a card, they sent it back because it didn’t have “the right name”
Who ever delivers the mail is a moron, it had her name on it, just the name the family calls her, no matter the name, it should still be delivered. I still get mail with other peoples names on it too! Waste of time and money for the stamp. Choke on dirt.

If I could give it zero stars I would called for 2 hours straight and no one picked up literally called and it would just hang up I literally spammed it for 2 hours straight and not a single person answered

Never answers the phone. I've tried calling and when it went through no one picks up. Now I try calling and it says that the call cannot be put through as dialed... it's the same number so how does that work?

This is really bad... they marked my package delivered in THEIR parcel locker but i had no key or package when i opened it BUUUUT guess what someone else got their package! And im pretty sure they gave someone else the key to MY package! I called the local office so many times and i NEVER got an answer and NO ONE bothered to call me. This isnt even the first time! Im reporting this i cant even believe that whoever the driver is allowed to make said "mistake" so many times because obviously im not the only one affected!
