This is the worst place in Hay River just due to the Manager Michelle. She is a crook and charged my credit card an extra $1000, a month after we checked out. She has not responded to any of my calls or emails. Very unprofessional for a business.

Outstanding customer service, easy to talk and made trip planning so much easier. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for great service and lovely rooms.
