Horrible customer service at all levels. Requested assistance in returning a low quality product and front staff, manager and owner all were quite rude about it. No solution or suggestions provided. Will no longer be supporting this business as this is the last straw.

Customer service is lacking. What service there is only extends to the door, once you're out of there with what you bought, you're on your own. They do have a very good selection though.

Terrible customer service. Recommended the wrong product, refused to refund because we didn't have the original card it was purchased with, then we we did have it (the cardholder was out of town previously for work), they refused to refund since it was 15 days past purchase. Their Facebook page is full of similar horror customer experience stories. Avoid at all costs. Go to Superior Sound instead. They set the bar really high for customer excellence, for any industry.

Was only looking around. Nice helpful staff and pretty good selection. I will be back to do some shopping. Returned for some boxing week sales shopping. Fantastic price on a rca 60 inch. Staff even carried it out to help me load it in my car. Nothing but smiles from everyone in the store - staff and customers.

Wonderful store! Has saved me from having to make the longer trip to Yellowknife many times. I deducted one star because it would be nice if thesource.ca would allow us to ship to this store and if their prices on video games/consoles were a little more competitive.

overall good store. sometimes the staff is a little pushy to help you like they work on commission (they don't I know). and the video game selection is like playing roulette if they have the game you're looking for.
