First setting the background // I have bin waiting over two years to have eye surgery .( Covid got in the way ,one eye dun wanted for second also Parkinson's got in the way ] Being booked a month earlier ..I was getting excited -- I had to weight to pick up a prescription three voiles of eye drops . and suggested to pick them up a few days before the surgery , three days before such was the usual . day 1--- stood in line 20 min . the prescription thinking it was faxed their from DR. wrong . I had it at home , retrieved from home // stood in line 30 min , their were 3 working and one other serving the counter , Sorry sir come back in 2 hrs [ No problem ] sent the wife back She also stood in line 20 min , Sorry may we can not fill that today we knead to order one of the drops come back tomorrow PM and we will have it . [ another trip ] //. they had to order it obviously they hadn't the day before or they would have had it // this brought on uncertainty on my part ..if it failed to come the next day // I could not have eye surgery .. They offered to deliver it // that of course if they got it in time . [ see I had lost my trust in them .. ] Two days 5 trips standing in line FRUSTRATION . the second day THEY PARTIALLY FILLED THE PARSCRIPTION 2 OF 3 EYE DROPS . with the uncertainty weather they would have it in time and anxiety of waiting to see it or when ,i. waiting at home for it to be delivered .. I then went to Lawsons drug store they had and would fill the prescription . guess what had to go back to Pharmasave . Again standing in line ,thinking I could return the partially filled prescription UN OPENED UN TOUCHED //. NO WAY THEY would not accept them ie no return policy , after standing in line a accumulative two hrs total .I could not get my money back on a partial filed prescription ... I lost it told them where they could shove the eye drops unopened . // paid the extra and got them from their competitor. They are busy , and at the end of it I wasn't very polite . [[ I has spent over $ 2000 at their outlet the previous year at the Pharmacare , now they will get nothing over not accepting a return ,,
