After having a terrible experience at Moncton Kia I decided to check out the location in Amherst. It was definitely worth the drive! There is an extended warranty bulletin put out through Kia for the high pressure fuel pump with the older Sorentos. They acknowledged that we already did the research and just needed their help with a diagnosis and replacement. After keeping the vehicle for a few days, they confirmed and had the work completed earlier than expected. Their communication throughout the process was exceptional. They made sure to keep us posted every step of the way. I will continue to make the drive to Atlantic Kia, thanks again everyone!

They check up on me if I forget to book my oil changes and are super friendly. Jeremy is an excellent addition to the service desk and has excellent advice and demeanour. I will be back soon.

I had a great experience at Kia. The first time I visited, it was for a flat tire with an appointment, and the customer service was excellent. They got me in and out quickly. Recently, I was booked for an oil change at Honda, but they couldn't fit me in on time. My car was critically low on oil, so I walked into Kia without an appointment. They understood the urgency and managed to book me in on the same day. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Additionally, they have a really nice seating area with drinks, AC, and Wi-Fi, which made the wait very comfortable. Highly recommended for their exceptional service and willingness to help in urgent situations. Thank you, Kia

Took car to kia .checked all fluids and checked for recalls all good ..but would like a complimentary clean and polish job ..which I know alot of company's do .I have the clear coat under coat and extended warranty .that I would have canceled if known had 30 days to do so ..my insurance and caa cover everything .didn't need extended warranty. But been year so under coat should of been checked .!! People are great at atlantic kia but need more info .plus put 3,000.00 down because payments were to be lowered ?? Didn't happen

Exceptionally great service from the service dept. Wayne and Austin went above and beyond to get me into the 2019 Sorento I just bought. Test drive on Fri. took it home on Sat. The team at Atlantic Kia in Amherst is top notch .I went in with my Kia Seltos for service and left after getting that done and also buying the Sorento great place to deal will be going back to get all my service done

Had the car for a little over a year. Financed it September 2021 and already the motor had failed. After having the car’s motor stall and ultimately die out, I opened the hood and noticed oil around the spark plugs; indicative of oil splashing out from the piston rings and getting into the cylinders. No check oil light ever illuminated. Amherst KIA promised to look at the car the day this happened but instead passed the car to Truro NS which could not diagnose it professionally until mid to late November. We were treated rather poorly by KIA Amherst and almost did not receive a loaner car until I pleaded my case desperately as that one “lemon” car sold to me was my only vehicle and I work out of town. I have always had my car inspected and serviced by KIA Amherst but I will never again as they failed to address this safety issue during previous service visits. Props to Stuart’s KIA in Truro for at least apologizing on their behalf for their lack of professionalism and doing the job KIA Amherst could not be bothered to do.
