“It is rare to find outstanding customer service so when you do have outstanding customer service you take notice. George was fantastic. His communication was excellent (ie he sent an email appointment reminder), was very thorough on other services and products they offered, explained my warranty and did it all with a friendly demeanour. Hell, if I owned a service business, I’d poach him. lol.”
“I recently smashed my back window in my truck. Called Glen he gave me perfect directions to get the process started!. Got me in in a few days and did a superb job!. All the staff were great to deal with. Not often when you have such a big issue and they make it painless. Im so impressed with the experience I may just smash it again hahaha classy and friendly is what you need when stressed about your second most expensive investment. Congrats to Glen and his team!
