These ppl should take a page out of the ""new"" market and store located across from the T.D. Bank. That's the store you should try, omg..friendly, outstanding service and they have steaks, chicken, fresh produce, and so much more with great prices and again...""so very, very, friendly. This is what Amherst needs...it's a home run for Amherst!! These ppl at NEEDS ARE ALWAYS, ALWAYS GRUMPY AND CRAZY PRICES

THE ONE GIRL WHO IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT WONT GIVE YOU BACK YOUR RECEIPT , SHE KEEPS THEM FOR HER SEAMS CARD. I LITERALLY HAD TOO ARGUE OVER GETTING MY OWN RECEIPT BACK.ALSO THESE PPL THINK THEY CAN COME TOO A NEW SMALL TOWN AND ACT LIKE THEY DO, ALREADY THEIR SALES ARE DOWN 1/3. THEY WILL NOT LAST HERE, THIS ISNT INDIA OR TORONTO, THEY COME...THEY LEARN....THEN THEY PACK UP AND LEAVE AGAIN....JUST A MATTER OF TIME.

Bad experience with the service, I came here with friends on my birthday(February of this year)and when I left the store my friend went in to grab another snack, The cashier told my friend to “take me home and wash the hair dye out of my hair” not to mention I was five cents off of two differently priced items which came to the same total, it’s understandable but telling my friend to “fix” my hair is just rude and overall bad service. Made me cry on my birthday and feel self conscious thanks a lot.

Another busy spot. They are open 24/7. The prices can be high. You have to buzz to get in after 11:00.
