“I started new injectable insulin prescription but it didn’t fit my injectable pen from previous medication. I stopped by to get the correct pen and they didn’t have it in stock (though they all looked for one for me). Tori said to give her a bit and she would track one down for me. I told her I would leave my phone on so I could get the call and leave work to get it whenever she found 1. I went to work, and 20 minutes later in walks Tori with the pen!!! Talk about going above and beyond for customers!”

“Travelled from Fort Erie Ontario with my wife. We were scheduled to stay in the Amherst area for 10 days. While on our way out side of Fredricton NB. My wife slipped and dislocated and broke her ankle. Upon arrival at Amherst we went in search for a assistive device so we could continue or exploring. I went to Lawtons in Amherst met Heather. She was extremely helpful and assisted us. She fitted her with a knee support scooter for the time we were thereI Would recommend this store and Heather very happy with the service. Thanks”

“Just wanted to take a second to show some appreciation for the greeter at Walmart on Plaza Blvd in Moncton NB. I do believe his name is Jack. I see him every time I go to Walmart and he is so kind and considerate. Yesterdays trip he had given my children a bunch of stickers which they made “ cool new arm tattoos “ with them. On our way out he was just as friendly and my kids were waving him down. Over he comes with another handful of stickers for them. He made my kids whole day. They even made comments when we got home saying “ that man was so nice and kind to us, I want to go back “ I have heard from multiple people about Jack and was so happy I got to finally meet this amazing man. Walmart, if you’re reading this, you’re absolutely blessed to have this man working the door!! Anyways, Jack if you ever see this. You are THE MAN ❤️ and 100% need a raise”

“Were in the flower center and dealing with Susana who was awesome, we picked up a couple of hanging baskets of geraniums that were on the half price rack, she had cleaned them up some but said her manager told her not too so she didn't clean up the rest, her Cash was closed because of rain so she advised us to go to customer service and explain to them what we had, they couldn't process them without her say so, so they called her to come to customer service, which she did and in the meantime another person who must have been some type of manager came and told us we couldn't have them as markdowns as they didn't look bad enough, before Susana got there The staff stood there belittling her as she was another nationality, finally she told them to talk to her manager as she did what she was told to do to and yes we did get the plants at the markdown price but I felt so bad for the lady from the garden center, she did NOT deserve the way she was treated NOR the way other staff talked about her, the Young man at the customer service told us they were short staffed but he was also very pleasant, just a few of the other staff that should NOT have talked about another staff member like that with customers around, not called for in my eyes, But Susana and the young man at the customer service desk were outstanding”
