Rob & Monica went above and beyond to make sure we were very happy with our purchase thank you Tantamar. Wrote this review before we knew that Monica from Steele auto group never paid off our previous car loan for at least 30 days caused alot of NSF charges money lost we couldn't get back were supposed to pay by weekly she put it to monthly we never knew it so caused problems with our current lender and she took no responsibility tantamar had to come good for all the bank problems and then I took the car in for oil change and found out all four tires were very bad and we were told the tires were new when we bought the car and they would only replace the two front ones that is unexceptable we came to Tantamar cause we thought they were a trustworthy place well were we ever wrong we will never go back there .

Such an amazing experience!!!!! The whole team made our new purchase so stress free and enjoyable. Advice: take your kids with you!! This is our second vehicle from Tantramar Chev and my son literally hugged our Terrain for the good memories before saying goodbye and getting into our new Buick Envista with such enthusiasm. Justin, Jonathan and Travis are incredible professionals. Many thanks to the team for helping this single momma and kiddos get into a secure and solid vehicle!

I showed interest in a vehicle online. The next day tyler sent me a personal video of the vehicle inside and out. Went for a test drive. Felt very comfortable to ask all my questions to tyler and travis about financing and warranty. Some places try to take advantage of a young female buying a car. Not this place. Told them my concerns about the tires which they changed. Definitely recommended.

I bought my 2021 Hyundai Tuscan from here. I could not ask for better service, they treated me like I was buying a brand new vehicle! The sales person was amazing & very helpful, thank you so very much for looking after us Tyler!

Purchased new truck from them made appointment for service
3rd oil change was due and I also requested a front end alignment. I took time off work and went to the appointment. The oil was changed but was told they didn't have time to do an alignment. I told them I drove over 1 hr to get there and also took time off work . They then proceed to tell me that have no record of my request for an alignment even thou it was on the work order and i would have to come back another day . Very poor customer service and I will not ever deal with them again . If I could rate them "0" I would

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE. I can't speak on buying a new vehicle from this dealership, but I highly recommend to stay away from purchasing a used one from my experience. It truly felt they just wanted to get me out of the door once I signed the papers. After test driving it initially, I noticed the brakes needed attention. They then agreed and proceeded to replace/fix them. I signed the papers, and took it for another test drive before taking it home, but still noticed even after, it had a squeaking sound everytime while braking. Was told that was normal when new brakes go on and it would go away. After a month, it wasn't going away, so I called to ask them to fix it again, as well as the A/C which also wasn't working properly. The noise never went away even 6 months later. Called many times, finally spoke to a service agent, who said the service manager would call me back, and never did. I eventually gave up, and now I'm stuck replacing all of my brakes as well as my A/C. I have never written a review in my life prior to this, but this experience left a very bad taste in my mouth and felt it was warranted for other potential buyers to know. Buyer beware ⚠️

We came in to test drive a car Saturday and Rob was great, professional, knowledgeable, and laid back! He made us feel comfortable right away. He showed us how the car worked and then talked with us after the test drive. We were not looking to purchase that day and we didn’t feel pushed at all. If you go there, ask for Rob! He’s great!

Out with the old, in with the new! Recent trade in, right from the start walking in the doors to signing the contract & driving off... very friendy, welcoming, pleasant enviroment!
