Can't say enough good about my experience with the front desk a few months ago. I was early to pick up photos and the front desk manager that day went WAY above and beyond to save my butt as I needed those photos for a co workers last day at work.

Wont be shopping here again. Cashier David just piled all our food up on 12x12 counter after being scanned until our food was falling all over the floor and you start bagging it. When told the food was falling everwhere and needs to be bagged I was told its not mandatory for him to bag the groceries. I said thats ignorant you just pile it up until it falls on the floor, making the customer pick it up and start bagging. I was told the respect goes both ways sister. I never spend less than $400 each trip to walmart. I go exclusively to this walmart for everything. Your rude customer service today ensured this "sister" wont be coming back. Very disappointed in walmart.

Pretty standard Walmart experience which is really what you want when shopping at a superstore type big box shop. They had everything I was looking for. The store was in a clean state. None of the shelves were in a state of disarray. The prices were competitive enough with similar products at other retailers. Overall I'm completely satisfied with the service, product availability, selection and pricing.

Need Passport pics ? The Photos Unlimited shop is a rip-off place. $45.99 for 2 pics. Or "free" with a $99 photo-package. Look elsewhere if you can.

March 2nd , 2024When leaving the Amherst Walmart today with my husband , he pushing our items and me behind him , the buzzer went off , I kept walking as I didn’t think twice because our paid items were in the cart. The older man manning the door very rudely came at me saying the buzzer went off when you went through , I was shocked because I didn’t have a bag or any items besides our receipt in my hand , upon leaving another lady walked out right beside me with her bag including people going out the other door.Being a women of Color I felt very racially profiled. I said to the worker how do you know it was me and not the lady beside me , she was still standing there with her bag , he didn’t even attempt to question her or for that matter my white husband who had our cart full of items. Walmart you need to do better !! I understand having to ask for receipts etc but this was blatant racism. Have a talk to the gentleman working the door this afternoon he needs a lesson in diversity and inclusion and be more aware of unconscious bias .

Items are always out of stock. We are talking basic grocery items like chicken, sugar, pasta, etc. I have stopped wasting my time to save $3 on my grocery bill and have moved on to other places. I have stopped going to all Walmart stores in the region because of this, get you act together asap.

It's a Walmart, they are pretty standard in terms of what they carry and layout. Only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because this one usually has many items out of stock with bare shelves.

Do NOT follow the scanning code of practice, despite having a large sign at the customer service desk. Do NOT advertise following the scanning code of practice if you're going to argue with your customers about things being labeled wrong/priced wrong by YOUR own workers. Customer service tells you to return the item if you're unhappy with their price, despite it being labeled wrong and falling within the spectrum of scanning code of conduct.
