“We had a breakdown in Antigonish on a Sunday. We are elderly and were 250 k from home. Mike took our van in first thing Monday morning and worked at it until it was fully repaired, even though he had a backlog of other vehicles. It required a complicated fix and he did an excellent job. He was an absolute gentleman, both kind and caring. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. It’s easy to see why his ratings are so high. They’re well deserved.”

“Amazing Service! I work for a dealership in Halifax and recently we had drivers travelling to Cape Breton in one of our cars to pick up a car we had purchased at auction and bring it back to Halifax.
On the way there, they hit a pothole on the highway and blew a tire. The guys at Andy's not only found a used tire for them quickly to get back on the road and continue their long drive, but they would accept a small install fee.
This saved us from having a dealership car towed back to Halifax ,and also allowed the drivers to make it to Cape Breton and pick up the sold vehicle they were going to get. Great customer service and helped us out so much!”

“Good service, they replaced the engine in our vehicle, at no cost to us, because of the recall on this type of motor. They have to replace a switch for the transmission, so this will not crash or break down in the middle of nowhere. Great work guys and gal's at Strait-way kia in Antigonish”
