Good store, young lady was friendly and knowledgeable. I found it a bit pricy but most Pet Values across Canada are.

I stumbled across a starving/abandoned kitten outside my work- and it was in ROUGH shape.
I didn't expect it to make the night and gave it some cows milk because there was nothing else I could.
The next day my parents went into pick up some kitty newborn necessities. None of us knew what we were doing; however the staff did!
I had to go to work so my parents went on my behalf and gave a glowing review of the employee working the till. Not only was she extremely approachable and knew a lot, also worked in resue but had add event of enthusiasm my parents haven't experienced from a retail employee in quite some time.
I really wish her name is on the receipt- hopefully management will know and acknowledge to her that it was appreciated.

Even if the kitten doesn't end up passing infancy (it may very well it's doing much better now); all still recommend to all my friends and family that this is the place to go for your pet needs and Antigonish!

Birthday cookie. Cake mix and toys plus selection foods for cats, dogs and more. Group errands as near Sobeys, Lawtons, Canada Post and Justamere Cafe and Bakery.

I LOVE this Pet Valu so much. First, all the staff LOVES my dog and gives her treats, which she loves! Then, they always have the best advice and believe me, I've asked some pretty challenging questions. They really stand behind their products and recommendations. If you or your pet isn't happy, they are more than happy to make it right. I appreciate them so so much.
