We have dealt with them for years for both home mortgage and business. Lately though they have embraced woke ideology. They are also including "digital hours" in their actual business hours of operation. You will not get an actual teller after 3PM.

I just needed loonies to do some laundry, they were open for two more hours but no tellers working. Wouldn't get me any loonies, what's the point of even being open past 3 if they aren't really open? Very frustrating

Don’t open an account at Scotiabank the customer service is unhelpful Wether you call the branch or the main customer service line all they do is provide basic information totally useless go to TD or RBC
