Excellent location, excellent service, immaculate inside and out. Last location with mainland gas prices before the more expensive Cape Breton stations. CAA members save 3 cents per litre, and you also get Airmiles and Scene points. To top it off, we have been offered free coffee or tea. This is our most favorite gas stop on our weekly trips to Cape Breton. Thank you Shell, well done!

Crazy busy. Paid at pumps to avoid going inside. Turns out you have to go inside to get your receipt. A little frustrating.

This is a very popular location. There is always a lineup outside for the pumps and a lineup inside to pay. Parking is very limited and the parking lot gets very hectic with people lining up for the pumps and others trying to maneuver to the car wash

The mature lady that works here was so helpful! We got diesel, used the RV dumping station and fill Our RV with water. She even told us where to go to get propane for our RV. We highly recommend this facility. We need more helpful knowledgeable mature employees like her! Thank you!!

What!? Is this a scene out of The Walking Dead? I haven't seen the population density of elderly people in a single area so high in my entire life. And many of the them look like they just hopped out of bed.

We are on our way to Cape Breton (today) and stopped at this location to use the washroom. To say the state of them was disgusting is an understatement. A part of me wished I had brought my phone in to document it, because I have honestly use outhouses that are cleaner. The garbage was overflowing, there was soap, water and paper towel all over the floor. Both toilet paper rolls were empty with spares sitting on top of the roller. I was in need of a drink, but after seeing the state of the washrooms, I would not consider buying anything from the store. In the midst of a pandemic, this was disappointing to see.UPDATE 11/05/2021: Tonight, we are once again on our way to Cape Breton. My husband decided to stop for gas at this location. Although I did not go in, he had to use the washroom and has informed me they are in much better condition than they were during our last visit. It is nice to see the issue was dealt with, great job!

Visited tim hortons beech hill yesterday and the employee split a extra large coffee in my brand new car and never apologized or anything rushing me on my way and called the manager and nothing is going to be done about it..I am not impressed about this and I will be making a complaint to head office over this..there is coffee in all the electrical and my seat and flooring
