6 Stars. T-Mac Auto customer service is best in the business. I followed up to a business card on my door handle. Dan squeezed me into the scheduled me in the next day. He handled everything from start to finish. Contacted the insurance on my behalf and laid things out clearly for me. I had a wiper in need of replacing - he took care of this for me. I really appreciate the service they provided.

Needed a back window had it within a day the lady that placed my order awesome..i interrupted dans lunch and he carried the window while i paid and gave me his card saying any questions my mechanic had call him and hed walk him through it,wish all businesses was that easy to deal with recommended to anyone a well done company

We caught a rock on Hwy. 4 on our way to Cape Breton so stopped in at T-Mac in Antigonish to get some advice on the damage (six-inch crack on the driver’s side of the windshield.) Dan immediately came out to take a look and help us. He was incredibly kind and professional, and gave us a great impression of Nova Scotians on our first day in this beautiful province. Thanks so much, Dan! Two travellers from Vancouver are incredibly grateful to you. P.S. We took your advice and went on a drive to Cape George lighthouse. It was amazing!

Although the representative was unable to help me with my specific request he was helpful and courteous on the phone. He even made several helpful suggestions that lead me to finding exactly what I needed at another business. I'll definitely use their services in the future based my last interaction.
