My son is on the autism spectrum and struggles with meds, we are able to get meds in liquid form here that no local pharmacy can produce for us on the island (Cape Breton) We drive 2 hours round trip just to get access to this service, and are very thankful for it!!

This is my new favourite place. The staff are amazing. As soon as you walk in the ambiance and scent in the air is just so incredibly relaxing. It is the true definition of zen. I would live there if I could. Amazing. I would give it fifty out of five stars.

Such a great addition to our town. The low-waste philosophy filled a gap. Glass vials with safety caps are phenomenal. Buying things like multivitamins in bulk is great. The pharmacy is absolutely top-notch for knowledge and customer service. Extremely happy with the service :)

I love this place! The staff are always so friendly, and the pharmacy team are incredible. Always a smile and they are so knowledgeable and helpful. My son can't take pills, so it was suggested that we try Teasdale's as they can make most into a liquid. It's been a life saver!Also - their products are fantastic. The sleep gummies are great. We have kiddos who have a hard time getting to sleep and two of those and they're out and get a great night's sleep!I love that they are moving toward less waste as well. Larger jugs of shampoo, conditioner, dish washing liquid, etc., that you can bring your own bottles and fill them to take home. Such an awesome idea.Absolutely recommend them to anyone I can.

The staff is incredibly friendly, courteous and welcoming in their amazing space! Miranda was so easy to talk to and informative when I went in for my fall vaccines. I just transferred my prescriptions over to them on their website and it couldn't have been easier! Looking forward to visiting them again!

Such a warm vibe shopping here. The staff are friendly, and answer any questions you have. Their stock of items I feel are carefully picked out, and there is much concern around heath and the environment. For bulk items they encourage you to bring your own containers. Though when I forgot mine there was a table designated for clean containers other community members have brought in to keep up low waste. I switched to their pharmacy as they also have reusable glass jars for your medication.Top notch business - especially for Nova Scotia! Well done!!

I was excited to travel to Antigonish and visit Teasdale Apothecary Co. My first impression was that the store smelled amazing and it was so warm and inviting - the service was above and beyond and the team were so knowledgeable about all of their products. This is not only a fantastic pharmacy with a brilliant and passionate pharmacist, but such a great place to find gifts and products that are locally made, ethical and sustainable. This is a real gem in Nova Scotia, I can’t wait to visit again.(I loved their wall seeing how many plastic prescription bottles they have saved by using reusable glads bottles - almost 900!)

Teasdale Apothecary is awesome! To be honest we were prompted to switch because of how convenient the location is commuting in to town for work. But once we realized we could transfer our prescriptions via the website and didn’t need to make a phone call, we were in introvert heaven!The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, without ever being pushy. There are never any stupid questions. Miranda, the pharmacist, has even helped me out with attaching my Freestyle Libre Sensor after a bad site made me anxious about it.The store is open and very beautiful - not the medical setting you probably associate with pharmacies and drugstores. Really great if you’re uncomfortable with those kinds of settings. I love that they do reusable glass prescription bottles; as someone who has a lot of prescriptions, it makes me feel better about my requirements for staying alive! They are also very queer-friendly and community-minded, which my wife and I love.Needless to say, we made the switch for convenience, but now that we’re with them, we’d go far out of our way to stay with them!
