“Nicole was amazing! The Ford near me (NOT Keltic!) was disappointing (they wanted me to drop off my car for oil change and then go back up there to move it from their service bay to their undercoating bay!). Nicole went above and beyond and arranged my oil change, maintenance things, MVI, and a third-party undercoating where I could drop off my car to her and just pick it up when finished and she'd deal with getting it where it needed to be. Add in that she gave me tips on touristy things to check out while waiting and it was definitely worth driving further to have Keltic work on my car.”

“Bittersweet experience. First: I called ahead to have the spark plugs replaced on my F-150 because I specifically explained that I was experiencing misfires. Brent confirmed that he would make sure they had the spark plugs in stock before my appointment. When I arrived, they spent over an hour with my truck going back and forth from the shop. Eventually, they called me in and told me they had “tested” the spark plugs and didn’t find any issues, yet they still recommended replacing them. I told them to go ahead and replace the spark plugs, since that was the entire reason I had made the appointment in the first place. At that point, they told me they didn’t even have the spark plugs in stock. I ended up being charged approximately $200 CAD in labour, left with the exact same problem I came in with, and no repair was actually completed. Shortly after leaving the dealership, the truck started misfiring again. I called back to ask whether the $200 I had just paid covered any kind of warranty or follow-up since the issue was still present. The person I spoke with showed very little concern (blue-eyed, tall lady), told me there was nothing they could do, and said I would need to make another appointment to come back and have the spark plugs replaced. Very frustrating experience, especially considering I clearly explained the issue and the work I wanted done before making the appointment. I paid around $200 and left with the same misfire problem, while the service I originally requested was never performed. Update: I was very dissapointed with my initial visit but I really appreciate the how Colin reached out afterward and made an effort to make things right. The next day I received a call to arrange to bring my truck back in to address the issue. Service provided me with a credit toward the repair, and they did replace the 6 spark plugs and an ignition coil. Big thanks to Colin for taking ownership of the situation and working with me to find a solution, I needed this truck fixed to drive my way back to Toronto, ON.”
