“I discovered a slow leak in the flexible water supply piping from my jet pump to the compression tank six days ago, on a Saturday morning. On the weekend, I contacted two other plumbers, who had done work for me, but neither gave me an appointment. I contacted Landry Brothers on Monday morning after receiving a recommendation to call them.
The receptionist, and the Coordinator who subsequently called later that Monday, were both very friendly, concerned, and professional. On Thursday afternoon, Jonathan came to my house and rectified the problem in less than an hour by replacing the supply hose and installing new clamps.
Jonathan knew his business well. He too was courteous and professional. He left the job site in pristine condition, something you rarely see these days.
I will update this review when I get the bill, which I expect will be very reasonable, despite the travel time both ways.
BILLING UPDATE: The invoice for the repairs was MOST reasonable! I had expected to pay more. Great service at a great price.
I would highly recommend Landry Brothers. This was a relatively small, and unimportant job, as I did have water and could cope with the leak. To receive such prompt and professional service was a very welcome surprise.

I had a couple of recent plumbing issues, so I sent an email to Landry Brothers yesterday evening, based on my past experience. By 1:00 PM, the technicians were gone. All of my issues were professionally and expeditiously fixed.
I would like to single out Terry Matthews in charge of that Department for accolades because she was very prompt in responding. I never thought I would get an appointment that soon. The two plumbing technicians were very knowledgeable and courteous, but I did not get their names.
I would give them six stars, if I could. It was just plain outstanding service!”
