Very disappointed with the customer service from the younger lady. She has poor social skills, and says "What?" very snarky if she doesn't hear you, rather than saying "pardon?" or even just "what?" in a nice way. I just always find she is unpleasant, every time I go in. She tells you the total, and she never says "have a good day" or "thank you", absolutely nothing; it's awkward and uncomfortable and rather unwelcoming. The older lady however, is always nice. It's a shame really, because it's local and they have great snacks but the younger lady often is working and I don't even want to go in the store anymore when she is there.

Susan has no customer skills at all..straight faced,unpleasant,no smile, one tone talk, just not a pleasant visit at all, hate going there, my last spot to go if in need of anything, which is rarely,asked for ID not one time but more and she grabbed my whole wallet to see, not impressed.

Well never go in again as long as sue is working.She is the worst person ever very rude I dont think she should be working there.Every time I hold my hand out for my change she slams it on the counter and don't say hi how are you or nothing she should be fired I'll never go in there again.

I was at this store location thurs, September 14th, around 8pm. The new blonde lady that was working was standing in front of the door talking on the phone, smoking a cigarette. I not only had to wait to go in to the store until she finished smoking what she wanted of her cigarette, she blew it right in my path. She then decided to not say a word to me through our whole transaction but stll decided to have her little conversation on the phone. She had not say a single word to me. disapointed!!
