An old school motel, but well worth the stay. We were only there for 1 night, but the restaurant and the service were the highlights for us. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. Only 4 stars for the room as there are no king-size beds, but was nice and quiet.

Great place to stay with a great view. Clean room. There's also a restaurant on premises which is nice because I didn't see other restaurants nearby. Dinner and breakfast were excellent here!

Such a beautiful place. We had a little chalet comfortable cute so cozy ☺️ the service and people were friendly kind .they have a restaurant right on the property. The food was excellent. We will definitely come back here again. Enjoy everything

What a beautiful spot! We found everything to be as advertised. Except the view was even more spectacular than we had imagined. Everything was clean, the beds soft and comfy, and the pool refreshing and spotless! At breakfast, try the fishcakes. They were delicious! We would definitely return.

We had a very large group of motorcycles stay here. The owner Cat and all of her staff are absolutely amazing. They went out of their way to help everyone. Restaurant was good and reasonably priced.
The motel itself was clean and well cared for. Beds are comfy. The decks overlooking the water were a great place to hang out with friends.
Here is an example of how above and beyond the service was. Our group was there over the 4th of July. Cat and staff brought in a food truck and beer tent as well as music for us to enjoy. The cherry on top was that they had fireworks that would rival most town fireworks in the US.
I have very fond memories and can’t wait to return. Thank you Cat and staff?

The Cabot Trail Motel and Restaurant was the highlight of our vacation..!
Kathy was an incredible hostess and shared many ideas and places to go in the area. The restaurant had the best meals, fair pricing and great service.
We would travel east again just to stay here.
We loved the chalet.!!
The heated pool was clean and refreshing..the view was stunning...
Like I said, we can't wait to go back..

Rooms: We stayed in a chalet, roomy, climate controlled clean and great maid service..
Nearby activities: Theater the Bell museum, the waterfront and restaurants, access to the Cabot Trail and so much more.
Food and drinks: Their menue was perfect and everything was prepared to perfection..
Noteworthy details: The water side dock and cover deck were perfect for enjoying time on thw water..

What a gem of a place! We spent 4 days here while out riding our motorcycles in the area. The rooms are well maintained and clean, and the staff was polite and accommodating. The attached restaurant was also spot on for meals. Our server Peggy kept the coffee cup full and was very fun to interact with. We had a chance to chat with the owner Kat, who is just salt of the earth.

Our stay was good and the staffs were good and we stayed for two nights. But, after that we left the motel, the motel called us and said that we burned the table and wants us to pay for a new table, this is unbelievable how they just randomly accused us. As we arrived at the motel and we went into our room, under the lamp there was already black spots. Never staying at this motel ever again.

A rating of five stars was given, not because our stay was without hiccups, but rather how an incident was handled with utmost professionalism and courteousness -by Cathy, the hotel manager and owner. My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights and the location was perfect to explore the Cabot Trail while being able to save time on the way to our next destination (P.E.I.). We would stay again!
