Miles from our Airbnb in a rental car, we realized we had a flat. We saw Kevins sign and pulled in right as he was closing. He happily fixed our flat and had us back on the road in no time. What a great guy and what great service. He saved us! Highly recommended.

Great service. I go to Kevin all the time. He's replaced transmission on 2009 corolla; worked on 2016 dodge caravan and my 2018 civic. Great work always. I get my tires from here, inspections, oil changes, windshield replacement, transmission work etc etc.

So I had a vehicle break down on the way to North Sydney recently. Had it towed to Kevin at tirecraft. He diagnosed my 2007 Pontiac torrent 3.4l to have a bad head gasket. Now I've been around vehicles all my life. I tried to get this man to pressure test my truck to see if the head gasket was gone. Tried to speak with him on ways we can figure out what is wrong. His reply to this is attitude and sulking because he thinks I'm telling him how to do his job. Well maybe I should have told him how to do his job. Because it cost me 300 bucks for a tow and his wrong diagnosis. And 300 buck tow to get my vehicle back to the city. My vehicle is now fixed and running great and diagnosed by me and fixed by me. Bad temp sensor and water pump. Now before I replaced this stuff my ssytem was so full of air it was the biggest reason of over heating. System not bled of air. Now I don't know the reason for them not doing there job right. But if it was me I wouldn't be taking my vehicle to these folks. It would have cost me 1500 bucks to do an unnecessary head gasket job. So think about that before you call this place. They don't stand by there work or customer service. Will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau as well and there main franchise holder of Tirecraft.
