Rented storage for a large unit for four months. Their lock repeatedly jams and left me on several occasions trying to open door for 30 minutes. Location to access the storage units is unlevel and you have to exert much effort to get your stuff on the trolley into the unit. Charged me for an extra month when I asked for one week prorated since they decided to bill before the end of the month. Do not recommend, please choose another storage facility.

SUPER SERVICE and this is why: After renting a space sight unseen moving from Quebec to Nova Scotia, we discovered when we arrived on site that the unit rented over the phone was not up to par, further more it was Victoria day and the offices were closed. Well, the manager of the Bedford facility, on his day off, came to check the site in Dartmouth and managed to provide us with a more suitable unit for my needs at another location. They went above and beyond to help us out on a holiday. On site, they were very accommodating and even offered to help me load a few boxes in my vehicle.
Very nice people and they offered great customer service.
Thank you to the whole staff for your much appreciated help.

I have used several storage facilities over the years and this is by far the best one I have used all the way around the customer service is absolutely superior the place is clean it’s well respected in all areas and I will be recommending them to anyone looking for a place to store anything and if I ever need to have a storage unit in the future thisnis where I will be giving my business

Aside from the incredibly clean facilities, I was super impressed with the amazing customer service I received from superstars Aleena and Dene!!! Both were courteous and super efficient going out of their way to make sure I had everything sorted. Kudos and thank you for all you do!!!

I just want to say that the people work at the storage unit place have customer service down to a science. I’ve never used storage unit before, they walked me through the whole process easy. every time I went into pick up at wrapping paper and boxes. They were so helpful in every way. Thank you so much for all your help to me at a very bad time in my life. You are the best.?
