I stopped into Nan’s shop last night on my way home from work for a quick peek at what she had for wedding dresses. I came in around 4:30pm (she closes at 5 on Mondays so I felt bad and planned to just be in and out) and she was very friendly and helpful, and made me feel very welcome. The first dress I tried on was instantly my favourite yet, by far. I ended up staying a bit later as she was checking on sizing availability for me and we had a great chat. I can’t wait to pick up my beautiful dress when it comes in and would 100% recommend stopping in to Annabells for any bride to be (or prom dress shopper) who has not done so yet!! Lovely little shop and I stayed well within my budget. Worth noting that my wedding is coming up this summer (less than 6 months away) and I did not at all feel pressured to make up my mind or like I wouldn’t be able to find something in time at this shop like I did at some others. Very refreshing and helpful. Thanks again, Nan :)

I visited Annabell’s earlier today looking for a wedding dress. I received amazing customer service and found the perfect dress for my budget and size. They were so inviting and friendly and made me feel welcome right away. I will be recommending this store to everyone I know. Beyond amazing experience, thank you so much.

I'm so thrilled that my friend and I stumbled on this place.It was my 2nd store that I have been too, to try on wedding dresses. There was no comparison. I will remember this day.Nan was an amazing help. She listened and also had some great suggestions and advice. Her happy and positive vibe made me feel so relaxed and I didn't feel any pressure.My friend and I still can't stop talking about the experience. Lots of selection and styles to choose from.

Owner of the boutique was AMAZING, so helpful and understanding of my expectations and budget. Helped me try on multiple dresses and made the experience really fun. Prices are varied and the variety of styles available is astonishing. Definitely recommend this shop!

Nan,Sorry to see a previous review was so bad as my daughter and her friend have nothing but high praise and esteem for you.They were there yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed their experience. They appreciated the time you devoted to them, your attentiveness, your patience, friendliness, and cooperation. After trying on about 8 wedding dresses, I believe the bride-to-be found one they both absolutely feel in love with and will soon be purchasing. My daughter and I had the best experience with Nan. It was the first formal dress shopping experience for us and Nan was professional, attentive and never pushy. Nan's 23 years in the industry were evident as she expertly helped us find the right style of dresses to select from. My daughter left Nan's lovely store with a beautiful dress that she will feel confident wearing.

Very disappointed with the. service here. The lady who greeted us was very condescending. When my daughter showed her a picture of the dress she was looking for she turned up her nose and said she could do better. Proceeded to show us dresses that were nothing like it. She made her feel terrible. Despicable in an industry that should lift you up rather than bring you down! We left without trying anything on.

The lovely ladies at Annabell’s were amazing to work with while I searched for my wedding dress. They were attentive and professional. As I tried on many styles they paired beautiful accessories and they made relevant suggestions. My daughter is getting married in Fredericton and my youngest needed a maid of honour dress that matched the other bridesmaids. Annabel's was the only store in Nova Scotia to carry the Dessy line. The owner was very helpful and although she did not have the dress in stock did the measurements and ordered it for us. She was able to give us samples of other dresses similar so that she could try it on and see what it looked like. I also got a mother of the bride dress there and very happy with it. I read some reviews that said the quality wasn't there but I have gone to other dress shops where the prices were higher And the seams let go and the beads fell off. They may not have the biggest selection but they can order it and the quality is there

Top notch service! Not pretentious or pushy or over priced. Everyone of all sizes, gender, and race are made to feel comfortable and beautiful!
