Anytime I’ve dealt with Darrell & the Maaco team, I have had an excellent experience.
They are friendly, patient, professional, honest, very informative and they do beautiful work. They try to be upfront about price and time and stick to it as best they can.
More than once, Darell gave me free advice on dealing with insurance companies and how to advocate for yourself.
I can assure you that they are not out to spend all your money or even nickel and dime you. They are trustworthy people who are not looking to take advantage of people with less knowledge of cars.
Sometimes, they even will take on a few little extra things for you that weren’t planned, throw in a little extra paint for free & you may even get a free surprise cleaning too which is nice. You will be impressed with these guys and if you’re not, Darrell is pretty reasonable to talk to. I recommend taking your car here for a quote before choosing other body shops.”

“I had my car detailed because it was full of pet hair and sand. Didn’t really expect anything much because I thought it was impossible to be removed. But when I got my car back, I was pretty amazed by how well it turned out, very impressed actually. It looked brand new again, all pet hair and sand removed. I had my experiences with auto detailing, the car only looked brand new on the day you get them but couple of days after, you’ll see the real result when everything’s dry but not with dirt lab. The car looked spotless inside and out. Another big point is that the crew were very respectful and professional! Anyway, I got their gold package and price was decent, totally worth it! “I got my 2023 F150 undercoated here for the first time. Usually I do all of my own undercoating at home in my shop since I have a hoist and most undercoating places do not do a thorough job. Checking the job afterwards they did miss quite a few places underneath, but I knew what I was getting going to a larger Krown shop. I gave four stars because overall it was a bit better than expected and much better than the previous truck I owned that I got sprayed at a rust check location.
Overall I would recommend them, it’s better than nothing if you’re not able to do it yourself!”
“Took my car in to get a dent repaired. Staff was very helpful with providing me with options and gave me 3 different quotes. I ended up getting the cheapest option (paintless dent repair) and I am glad I did because it looks almost brand new - I can't tell there was ever a dent there. I got quotes from other body shops and Maaco had the most reasonable pricing too and saved me a few hundred backs.”
