Update: I went again to them and they fixed my alignment.and they give me discount for the service. They were sorry for the last time.?Went there for a noise coming from my rear. They aren't able to find the sound. The mechanic who went for test drive he didn't put his seat belt. When i was driving, the seat belt warning was going on, and for that he wasn't able to hear the sound.

After reading many positive reviews, I took my car into Driven Automotive for an MVI. I was quoted $4600 in work in order to pass it. I took my car elsewhere and paid $280 in work and it passed no problem.

Absolutely last time I take any vehicle here. I brought my suv here due to the fuel pump went. They made nasty remarks about my vehicle. Took them a month to get the parts to fix my vehicle. Once my car was done i went to pick up. And my car was damaged 3 times what it was when I brought it to them. Broken windshield, my transmission is now sticking, my breaks are now making my car pulse. And break caliber is sticking. Like wow how are these people getting away with damage people vehicle's. I hope what they are doing catch up with them. They sat there and denied it all and left me with my broken car. Never again ?. Ps I will not. Keep trying to make yourself look good. I already know what you did. No lie sorry but the truth. I will be sure to let the public know. It's there right to know.
SCAM UPDATE and what we know. Don't bring your vehicle here for MVI. They will take advantage of you and your situation. As you see in the comments. For your insurance. If your car gets damaged while in there care it is upto you to have video proof and your basically on your own. These people don't care. The more money they can squeeze out the better for them. Hard to believe they are still in business.
Keep up the lies to try and protect your scam company. I have videos of you guys test driving my vehicle. To drive my vehicle you have to use my transmission and my breaks. To say you only worked on my fuel pump under my seat and touched nothing else is a lie. You got your dates also wrong. My vehicle was dropped off by CAA on June 16th. With no cracked windshield. No transmission problems. No breaks pulsing.

I called Driven Automotive to book a wheel alignment after hitting a large pothole because I thought I might have knocked the wheels out of alignment or damaged the suspension. They offered to do a free wheel alignment check first and to inspect my suspension for any problems. They found the wheels were still in alignment and there were no issues with the suspension, so they sent me on my way without charging me anything or trying to talk me into any unnecessary work. I appreciate the friendly and respectful treatment, and I would definitely bring my car back again.

Ran into some car troubles while I was visiting Halifax. Family tried a few different mechanics they had used and everyone was at least a weeks wait. Found Driven through Google, the reviews were good so gave them a call. They were able to look at my car within a day, sent me a quote and had the work done the same day. I was very impressed when I went to pay and the price I was quoted, was the price I paid. The car is driving great again! Would definitely recommend them to anyone I know in Halifax.

Got my car in for a mvi the other day and then after about an hour wait I was told there was a list wrong with my car that needed to be fixed before I was given approval. Me being very sceptical I took it somewhere else to get a second opinion and only needed one thing done everything else was good on my car. They just wanted my money because they were going to charge me 3000 dollars or more for the repairs. I will not be going back here.

I had a small issue with my hatch and a friend recommended Driven Automotive. The crew here is polite, knowledgeable, and honest. They provided a quote, and while fixing the issue found another problem. They fixed both problems and ended up charging me less than the original quote as it did not take as long as expected. I can't remember the last time I went to a automotive shop and came out paying less than the quote. I will be back :-)
