Genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Brooklyn and Ken (Bedford Sunnyside Mall location) were fantastic. Ken even offered to walk me through the setup process. They really went above and beyond for me. 10/10!

For years I have used this location and have had nothing but a positive experience each and every time until today. I was having trouble with cellphone connection to my service provider and access to my emails on the cellphone. I also had trouble accessing news on the cellphone as it had asked fir another password I did not have. I also wanted to confirm my Eastlink contract had expired as I was getting notifications I could get a new cellphone and with the problems I was considering getting a new one to fix them. I have had at least three cellphones in this manner so obviously I was a loyal customer. In any case, I got lousy service this time and excuses telling me to contact my service provider and absolutely no service regarding the other issues.

I went there to get my new phone, the lady at the counter wasn’t happy to help me, she got the new phone from the storage room and unbox it without telling me to do so, I asked why you opened it, she said to get it ready for you, wow I didn’t ask for it and you haven’t ask me to do so.
Then she printed out the contract without telling me anything just sign here and there, she didn’t explain anything to me, once I started to read she was angry!!!!
This kind of attitude, keep me thinking, that lady represents a company I’m with since 11 years and just asking for my rights, it’s either untrained person or someone with attitude, you lady if you don’t like your job just leave…..

Eastlink in general is being run terribly, I called about their increase in bundle pricing,waited on hold for 20 mins. Then transferred to customer care and waited another 20 mins, they did nothing but try and justify why prices go up; and proceeded to bombard me with calls trying to get me to add a cell phone to my already inflated bill. They seem to have plenty to sales people and no one to assist current customers.

Terrible time trying to get my refund , waited 6 weeks and still didn’t arrive, I called again and they said they would have to send it thru again and I have to wait another 6 weeks. This is a refund I am getting because I returned equipment. They want your monthly payment on time but slow to send your refund No respect to the customer !

Horrible experience, I didn't catch the employee's name I was talking to because she didn't have a name tag on or any of the other staff (and now I see why), who did not help any at all either .Me and my girlfriend went into the east link store in Bedford on December 31st 2023 around 12:30 p.m, to look at upgrading her phone,She was the most unprofessional,& incompetent employee I've encountered at a business and a long time. She's been there 5 months as she stated and didn't know a single thing about any of the phones. OR any of the process on upgrading the phone . She had to Google information on the phone's that were right in front of us , she barely looked at us as she was smoking and came off very ignorant and short, and then proceeded to just have a very terrible attitude almost like she was annoyed at the fact she has to actually do somethingWould highly recommend staying away from the Bedford location

The worst telecommunication services I have seen so far! People living in rural area has a better reach with other providers and no network for people living in urban area with eastlink! That's so frustrating! Going to cancel my connection-both phone and home internet with Eastlink and urge others the same! Cheap price but with the cheapest network quality!!!!!! I don't want to give even a star to this company.

Bradey at Sunny Side Eastlink was the first person to pick up my call after 4 weeks of trying to get through to someone, and he was very patient with me. I had been experiencing trouble with my billing for months and he was understanding, kind, and willingly able to compensate my losses. Big thanks to him.

So I switched from bell to Eastlink . This woman going door to door at 8pm at night. Fast to come hook up service and that's it. I can't log into my account on line and when I call customer service I spent more then 2 hrs on hold twice and gave up trying. Think I'm going back to bell. This is not directed at this location, just Eastlink as a company .
