I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at Marks. I had a simple question and was met with rude and dismissive behavior from the staff. Instead of being helpful, they were impatient and acted like I was an inconvenience. There's no excuse for treating customers this way, especially when we're just looking for basic assistance. I expected better from a store like Marks, and this experience has made me reconsider shopping here again.

I came here to get some stuff when I was getting started at NSCC for car mechanics classes and after getting coveralls, I was looking for steel toe boots and couldn't find them.
I can't remember her name but the employee I asked, not only took me to where the steel toe boots were, but she also asked about what I would be using them for and recommended that I get ones with slip resistant bottoms because I wouldn't want to slip if there's ever oil on the floor.
I really appreciated that because at the time I hadn't even realized they had boots with slip resistant bottoms so it was a nice to have that pointed out, and the boots served me well.
Overall, very helpful and they had what I needed 👍

Marks won't give me a bag to carry my clothes so I rarely go anymore.
Good staff. Good selection. Clean store.

Terrible service! I have never been treated so poorly. This older long grey hair cranky lady with glasses should be fired! They had 50% off wind river slippers from $39.99 to 64.99. I did not get my discount so I went in for a price adjustment. This thing, then scolded me in front of the store. I returned my whole purchase. Their loss. There's no management or customer service at this location. Buyer be ware at this store.

We visited this store to find some shoes for my wife who has had spinal surgery and , as a legacy from accidents many years ago, finds it very difficult to get shoes that are comfortable. An employee called Anna, I hope I have correctly remembered her name, went to the ends of the earth to find something to fit. All the time she spent helping us she remained cheerful and fully engaged. w could not have had a better experience. Thankyou Anna.
