Michaels offers a wide range of craft supplies, including art materials, fabric, canvases, yarn, knitting and crochet supplies, frames, floral items, scrapbook materials, beads, jewelry kits, and craft machines like Cricuts. The store is a one-stop shop for party planning needs, offering balloon inflation, decorations, gift packaging, favors, tableware, and seasonal decor. Staff are helpful and friendly, often providing assistance and engaging in pleasant conversations. Customers appreciate the store’s extensive selection, sometimes driving further to find specific items not available at local branches. While many enjoy the helpful service, some find the self-service options less satisfying. Overall, Michaels is a popular destination for creative projects and party supplies.

Had a very pleasant shopping experience in store tonight. Was helped by a young man named Marshal who was friendly and went above and beyond to get my daughter the balloon she wanted.
