We have been customers of this location for two years and frequently use this store's facilities to bathe our pet. Unfortunately, today we are faced with a change in the structure of the baths. They removed the dry structure where we could dry our pet. The alternative we were given was that we should dry him on the floor or inside the bath tank, when it was completely wet.
It was a bad experience, we couldn't get our dog to stay 100% dry. If we chose to put our pet on the floor, in addition to being extremely dirty, our backs would be destroyed. Definitely, this environment is no longer thinking about the customer. The way they decided to act, it does not take into account the minimum practicality that the customer seeks. It definitely no longer serves us in the way it is. Unfortunate!

Normally I have a great experience here with knowledgeable and helpful staff. I was baffled by my weird experience with 2 staff members at this location. Was not greated or asked if I needed assistance. Acted like my questions regarding some products were a nuisance ( and they couldn't even help me), left me at the register so someone else was able to come up and check out with another staff member in front of me. When I did check out I said thanks so much and I appreciated their help anyways, they just stared at me! Hard to really describe this, but it was a VERY weird and VERY awkward. Maybe they were robots... anyways, I actually will not come back to this location just out of fear of having to deal with this staff again..

After my experience at the Larry Uteck location, I only came to Pet Value when I needed something to get me by. Sadly I didnt catch their name but "Cashier #052165" made such a difference in my pet food shopping experience that I plan on switching to this shop as my main source. I mentioned my cats long lost of dietary restrictions and dental issues and after combing the store, found some options for me to try. My cat has never licked the bowl this clean before and she is incredibly happy with the results. Thanks for helping my fur baby today team ?

We come here to use the pet bath as I have a back injury, and a dog that hates baths ? I love how they have everything available to use very close. Makes an unhappy dog happy when she gets treats and cute accessories

Staff is normally pleasant but that was not the case today. I fell and hurt my leg so I pulled up in front of the store my children ran in to grab the items and the staff were upset I pulled up in front of the store. I had someone else with me as well who went in to buy fish food items and they said the staff was talking about someone because she didn't know how to walk her dog. I think perhaps the Sunday staff needs better customer service skills.

Used the self serve dog wash for the first time. Mel was very friendly and they explained everything and helped me get setup. The dog washing station was clean and functional. There were several shampoos to pick from and I picked the oatmeal one and my puppy smells great and is so soft! Will return again.
