I recently had my fish tank start leaking pretty badly which forced me to upgrade sooner than I anticipated. I went to this location that night and the individual helping me was incredible (Vanessa?) along with the help of their inventory lead (Tim?). I was so impressed with the customer service and kindness of Vanessa, that I made sure to come back when I needed more fish stuff, even though I usually go to my local fish store. I was served by them again tonight and was again just impressed by the warmth and positive attitude. Whoever is their management I hope that they recognize how lucky they are to have them represent their company.

Had to purchase a 40lb bag of litter with an injured back. The 2 girls working were right there to help with lifting and even took it out to my car. Im sorry I didnt get their names but they made me chuckle and were a HUGE help. Excellent customer service ♡

A large store with a good variety of pet supplies. Cats, dogs, fish, hamsters—you can find food, toys, and other items for many species. They also have live food for carnivores. The prices are reasonable. They have a mobile app and a points system. Near the exit, there's a small area where animal training takes place.
...I have only one complaint about this place: you can easily see your purchase history in the app, but if you go to the store and ask to see what you've bought before to order it again, it won't work, as the history disappears after a few months. It's extremely inconvenient and essentially not just give an opportunity to install the app, but forces you to do it. Or to memorize what you bought a long time ago.

Not happy with our recent experience having our dog groomed. We returned to pick her up after three hours and she was still wet and had yet to have her nails clipped. I said not to worry if she's not completely dry as it was pouring outside anyway. The ladies running the shop that evening seemed overwhelmed to say the least. I hesitated leaving an honest review however for the $100 spent I expected her to be groomed properly. Despite brushing and the use of Furminator shampoo being part of what I paid for, it appears to neither were done and her tail is matted. Regardless, they were friendly and my dog loved going back here but this was our last visit.

This location has gone down hill. The animals look sad and there is always many dead fish in the tanks. I got crickets for my lizard here regularly and the staff has changed, so has the service. Disappointing

I was there on Tuesday around 10am to get a new kong toy for my dog lol the lady at the cash (I wish I knew her name) was a breath of fresh air, I wish more people were like her. My day started off crappy and she was funny, chatty, and VERY knowledgeable in the treat department haha I took her word and bought the Benny Bully’s and my dog LOVED them. I hope this message can find her and that she knows she makes a difference!

Not sure if it was our appearance but we were looking to adopt a cat we were told to go away because other people wanted to adopt . There was no prior communication if we were interested in adopting just essentially “go away”

Staff are always helpful. I've used the personalized training and that was great. I use the grooming services and they are always amazing with my less than cooperative girl. Always a good experience.
