Never enough staff here, always waiting so long to get any service.
Most of the time there is just one teller and line ups.
The staff are friendly and helpful in my experience just infuriating waiting in line for 30 minutes + for service.

It was a terrible experience for me. I could not exchange cash full amount of the foreign currency to CAD and was advised by team to open a bank account. I followed their advice and explained to adviser multiple times that i need this account only to exchange my funds from foreign currency and adviser confirmed it but when it was not a true for online banking and any manipulations were available in bank branch in person only. Misleading and false info from bank branch.

Very inefficient, non professional and staff are lazy, always out of office! and not responsible, 1 full year took for one refinance and unsuccessful....I am transferring all my mortgages from Soctia Bank and one is already happened! Others come soon!
