Poor customer service from employees they are rude towards customer. Not recommend this place and carwash.

Rude Staff. The ladies who were there was very rude to me. I bought a car wash coupon from another store, When I entered the code here it said invalid. Me and my friend asked the staff and she was very rude saying they do not know anything about it. When I asked why, she suddenly asked the receipt from me and my friend. And gave me a one time code. My original code was good for one year. The new one was only good for a day. I got three washes to be done in a single day which was supposed to be lasting a year. And when I used the one of the code, the car was not clean. I again came inside the store asking for another coupon, they said to use my second wash. I told them they were not supposed to be used all at once. They said it is not our problem. I asked to speak with the manager. They said, they are not going to call whoever is in charge. And told me not to come to the store anymore. The lady was very rude even though I was being polite. I do not know how the manager or owner runs the store with them. These actions should be noted and needed to take action immediately. If this is being watched by the manager, try to get some good guys to make some customers. It is the worst of all experiences I had in the carwash my entire time. I wish I had a chance to rate 0. I hope you have a Good Weekend with the ladies.

Incorrect hours. The hours say open until midnight (on the Shell website AND Google), went at 1120pm and it was closed up.

Lady working cash November 8th at 9:30 is soo rude. First time I spoke with her a couple months ago the tap didn’t work on their debit and she immediately said you better have your card. Second time today. Wen yo use air in back and the debit wasn’t working apparently went to ask if they knew if it was broken. That replied it’s cash only when there is nothing that said that on the compressor. In fact it said “we now take interact”. I asked for cash back to use compressor and she said “no, use the atm”

These guys close up an hour early I limped my car here and he said I couldn’t get gas at 10:50pm. He said they closed at 11 even though website says 12. No matter what it was before close. Had to get a tow truck. Terrible.

Beautiful Shell filling station located at the new Sobey’s Express on the corner Damascus Drive and Duke Street in Bedford. In addition to their gas and diesel pumps they have a propane exchange, propane filling station, vacuums, and a car wash.
