My mattress has been very comfortable, however it now has my backside imprint on both sides. I am a senior and live alone so there is no one but me. Amazing customer service!!! Very fair prices for excellent quality . And I purchased a topper for my bed 9 years ago still in excellent shape... My sleeps have improved with recent purchase of new memory foam topper...!! ??

Absolutely dissatisfied with the Bloom mattress we purchased. It does not expand to the thickness they advertised and or show in their showroom. Went back to the store, salesman says to call customer service, customer service says talk to the salesman ! They now have delivered another mattress and guess what, same issue. I purchased this product because there was no other items in stock that I could take home that day. Three days later and I still have no mattress for my 84 year old mom. Poor poor product and even worse customer service !!!!

Worst place to go ever. Worst service and experience in my life for buying a pillow. Complete garbage. Do not go here. Better service at Walmart across the road.Bed Bath and Beyond better.

I had a great experience at this location. Michael and Allan are truly amazing. They listen to you and make recommendations. Very patient as I was buying my own mattress/bed for the first time and took a long time deciding(multiple visits), never felt pressured at all. The mattress I originally wanted sold out because I took too long and they were able to offer a very similiar one at the same sale price. Highly recommend going to see these guys if your looking for a new bed/mattress. Also the delivery process is great, delivery guys were also very friendly, in and out in an hour all set up.

Back in June 2020, my elderly relative visited your showroom at Bayers Lake and was greeted by Colleen who was extremely accommodating in helping her purchase a new bed frame, mattress and headboard at a cost of just under $3000. She took on board her expert suggestions and looked forward to the arrival of her new bed. And this is where the problem begins. After numerous calls to the showroom to check on the delivery date of her purchase, she was advised that there was a delay due to COVID and was complemented each time by the sales associates about how patient she was being. When the date came for the bed to be assembled (fall of 2020) she was thrilled. The day of delivery came and three workers came to her apartment to assemble the bed, half of the parts were still left in the box and the headboard was wobbling. She was told to move the bed up against the wall and it would be fine. The bed was unstable and she made note of this when she reluctantly signed their work order. They told her that there was nothing more they could do and to contact the bayers lake showroom. And then it continued, numerous calls and visits to the local showroom (Bayers lake), chats to Colleen who was quick enough to sell her the bed but not happy to follow up with after care and wanting her to contact customer service and provide serial numbers (which would mean having an elderly lady laying prone on the bedroom floor to try to get these numbers). Not advisable. The manager of the store was always busy. He did not want to discuss this matter nor speak to my family member and has no interest in follow up care. Finally, another three workmen came out to fix the bed, these were the same three gents that visited in the first place. They did nothing as they said there was nothing they could do. She wrote it down on the work order that the bed was not fixed and it was signed. She continued visiting and phoning the Bayers Lake showroom as she was nervous about using the bed because it was so wobbly and unstable despite being pushed up against the wall of her bedroom. Finally another set of workmen were sent out to fix the bed. They then informed her that the headboard is not compatible with the frame!! To say she is exhausted and frustrated is an understatement. She phoned the showroom, yet again to report the findings of the latest workmans’ visit and was told to contact customer service who then told her that nothing could be done as her warranty has expired! Although she could be offered another head board at a 50% discount! She asked to speak to a customer service manager but surprise, surprise no-one was available. And apparently, they don’t talj with customers. However, she was promised Colleen from the Bayers Lake, Halifax showroom would call her back but she is still waiting… This is quite unbelievable. The error in the first place was with your sales associate, Colleen who expertly guided her towards the bed, frame and mattress. And she has patiently waited and waited and been messed around time and time again. This is unacceptable. An absolute disgrace the way an elderly senior has been treated after parting with a huge chunk of her valuable savings is downright scandalous! I will be bringing this matter to as many people as possible in the hope that they boycott your services and shop elsewhere. I await to hear your response and how you plan on fixing this issue. I have never known such a disgraceful service to a valued customer.

Just purchased a mattress at the Bedford location this morning. Excellent COVID-19 protocols and customer service! Our sales associate Al Alasaad was excellent in answering our questions and was very knowledgeable! We will definitely be back for our future sleep needs!

RECOMMENDATION: Do not buy anything from this company, NO Customer Service! In February 2020 I bought an adjustable split base and mattress. In my opinion it was the wrong choice for my existing medical condition. On November 6 I contacted Sleep Country Canada to express my concerns and they assured me that someone would contact me to discuss my situation. Finally after several weeks someone called and in the middle of our conversation the phone cut off. I called back right away to the same extension but had no luck with someone answering. Today Dec. 21 I have called several times and have left several messages with no one returning my calls. I called the customer service again and the answer was that her computer was not working, she would return my call in minutes or have someone else call. It has been several hours and I am still waiting for the phone call. This is not customer service and for that reason I will not be shopping at Sleep Country in the future and certainly not recommending them.
