This was my first "do it yourself" visit for me. Must confess, it took me a while to figure up how things work but staff was very helpful in showing me the ropes when I asked. If I had known better how the equipment operated before attempting to print my materials myself, my rating would have been much higher. I do suggest, staff after recognizing my ignorance around operating their equipment could have been more hands on..In other words, I asked for assistance at the beginning and after initially helping me staff returned to their post which meant me having to go seek them out yet again. If I was having difficulties from the get, surely one would interpret the difficulty to continue. Just saying and I trust this will be seen as constructive going forward.
