“Honestly the best car buying experience I've had yet.
They went above and beyond as far as I am concerned.
I came to test drive 3 separate times (comparing) each time they were accomodating. On the 3rd time i asked to have my mechanic have a look. They used their gas money for me to drive to my mechanic.
After a clean bill of health I bought the vehicle.
Few weeks later the starter went. A coincidence, also my mechanic didnt forsee that. No questions asked came out to where it was parked and fixed it on the spot that day to keep me moving.
Very open and honest and accommodating. Goes a long way to my peace of mind buying a used vehicle. Vehicle has been working great.

I got an amazing agent that was able to find me a 13.99% annual interest rate on a really cute used 2017 chev hatchback cruze. Within a week the car started to give me a bit of trouble. I had it fixed and then it gave me more trouble. East coast financial was amazing to deal with. They covered the repairs. Of course with the proper documentation. It runs smoothly and its perfect for my first car experience!!
