When the workers just stand at customer service playing on their phones and chatting with other employees and have their head in the clouds because they have no idea how to do their job. Pass off the customer to someone else, they should not be working there and should be fired!!!
The reasoning for needing to deal with this situation, a product I paid for had nothing in the box! Then didn't even get the full refund.

This is the acceptable quality of service that the Bedford Commons serves for online orders. Not only did I get a few bags of damaged food-for which the delivery driver opened his hands and DROPPED the groceries. I then get this POS email response. Did I get a credit? NOPE. Did I get a replacement? NOPE.
What I got is a DELETED account!!! Ludacris

Very nice place. Layout is very clean and nice. A bit hard to find staff. Not a lot of international dishes or items compared to other places I've gone. Some of the items weren't restocked as I often saw empty places or racks.

Then why don’t they ever answer the phone specially on Christmas or New Year’s Eve or have any eggnog for New Year’s? Can’t even call and ask them not driving all the way down there for no reason and I after driving everywhere else already I tried calling four different times

Overall shopping experience has gotten significantly worse in the last few months. Very lazy staff. The cashiers dont bag your groceries, I thought that was their job?

I am writing to let you know that I put in an online order at the Bedford Walmart for an Ultimate Stitch. I was informed that the Stitch requested was unavailable about 20 minutes after submitting the order. This was despite the app stating that 7 were available at the time of ordering.
I chose to cancel my order completely and not accept a lesser than substitute. Afterwards my husband went to the store and was able to locate the Ultimate Stitch and purchase for my daughter.
So, my point is that I am expressing my disappointment in the failure to meet a customers expectations and a lack of compentcy in finding the appropriate products, this was after the online order picker consulted with their manager stating the product was unavailable.
My suggestion in the future, before letting a customer down that the associates familiar themselves with the store and are sure to consult the inventory to check availability of the product.
I am a loyal customer of ordering my groceries with Walmart but this was definitely a disappointment that could have been avoided. Attached is a photo or the unavailable Stitch.

Everytime i go to Walmart i get my picture takin by my favorite character on a board type thing in that mini nintendo aisle Inkling girl but this time i walked in and Inkling girl wasn't there im very sad :( this picture was takin like a year ago. It's okay if you don't bring it back but i will miss it and atleast i have pictures of it.

Honestly, Walmart needs to look internally at staffing. From members of their team walking around with their heads deep in their phones to the unpleasant odour, perhaps setting some standards.

Staff are incredibly rude. Produce is gross and general setup of the store doesn't make sense, and of course, there's nobody available to ask.

Sat waiting 20 minutes in the Photo shop to get passport photos while a young family struggled to calm a baby. Sympathy for them. But not for the assistant who when the family left saw us still waiting then took a whispered private call completely ignoring us both, then went out back. Would have been nice to have got some customer service and prioritized people sat waiting rather than the call. Very poor not recommended.

I had a very upsetting experience at this Walmart. I was shopping with my friend when a secret shopper wrongly assumed we were part of a group of kids causing trouble and threatened to call the police if we didn't leave. We were simply minding our own business. I'm Indigenous and my friend is African Nova Scotian, and this felt like blatant racial profiling. We both felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.
To make matters worse, we saw a bat flying through the store. When writing this, I noticed other reviews mentioning rats, and it's clear there are serious health and safety concerns at this location.
