“I went to Larry’s this afternoon after the pharmacy across the road (my regular pharmacy) kept telling me there was an error with my new insurance policy and ID numbers. Instead of sending me away like the other pharmacy did, the staff member I was dealing with (didn’t get their name) called Blue Cross on my behalf and got the issue fixed over the phone. Definitely went above and beyond! Needless to say, my partner and I will be switching pharmacies. Thanks for all your help today!”
