“I had 2 wonderful experiences with Shay Tire first on Friday when I was having my tire checked for slow leak. Unfortunately it was not good news as the technician found a nail had burrowed into the side of my brand new tire. I did not purchase tire from Shay tire so they were not able to help me as far as warranty. I talked to one of the sales reps and they helped me to purchase a new tire which I had installed at the store/garage. Again very nice experience from very friendly knowledgeable staff. Would be pleased to give Shay Tire a double thumbs up for a great experience from friendly knowledgeable staff.”
