“I gave a bad review on the service I received for multiple occasions with my 2019 RAV4 XLE. Though I did not have great experiences, I am very thankful for Daniel (service manager) and his team for giving me the greatest experience in my past visit. I feel if I had expressed my concerns to him originally, I would not have had to drive a what could've been dangerous vehicle on the road.
