The store has rats within the grocery store
Notified individual employee in store and I was told that they clean it up at night. He made no attempt to take care of it right away.

Nice store with lots of good stuff. Expensive. To save money, we go to Walmart for a lot of things. And I can’t figure out why the Bridgewater Superstore eliminated the one-line system so that customers could go to the next available checkout. Can someone tell me why? I have nothing against the lady who can’t remember her PIN and then takes 10 minutes to count out her pennies. These things happen. But why infuriate the customers in each individual line who get trapped by this, and then leave the store cursing and muttering about never coming back?

I stood in line with four other people at the cashier. One of those four people had many items in their cart. There was one cashier in total. I look to my left and I see two employees with their thumbs............ up..... at the self check out. Since those employees weren't busy I gave my items back to them to put back where they came from.
This is not customer service.
I will avoid this store as best I can.
This with reports that record profits are being made.

Way too expensive for what they offer.
The carts ALWAYS have a flat wheel which makes them super loud in the store. And they no longer do the handheld baskets.
It's like they want to make shopping here as terrible as possible. I've made the switch to Wal-Mart for groceries and pharmacy stuff.
Lower the prices and I may come back.

This store sucks. I havent shopped here in 2 years since they refused give me return the $10 deposit i had given on multiple giant water bottles. They took my money just fine, then kept it. Thats called theft.. these people are thieves.

Inventory getting really bad on essentials like milk or orange juice. Also prices are higher every time I go.

A pharmacy worker yelled at me over the phone and hung up on me while I was talking to her about my prescription. Exceptionally rude person. She has also told customers they are too understaffed and they should go to another pharmacy .

Very disappointed in this location after looking for a PS5 that I can use my optimum points in purchasing. Finally found one at this location, spoke to a gentleman which gave me the price and said he had 3 left. I voice that I would be coming from Halifax the next morning. Once I arrived the very rude lady working customer service said the deal ended the previous day. I told her what had happened and she didn’t offer any help even though the SIGN for the SALE PRICE was still up! Tried to get her to contact a manager but she said they didn’t answer! Very disappointed especially after driving all this way.
Shame on you… SUPERSTORE BRIDGEWATER!!!

I would love to know what this store is doing to control their mouse problem! I have chosen not to shop here because they are significantly more expensive than anywhere else, but the past two times (over a few months) that I’ve had to go to this store I have seen a mouse running across the floor. This time it scurried from the bakery (where they leave all their buns open) and ran to the prepping area where they make all their fruit and vegetable trays. I understand it’s a grocery store and maybe it’s hard to control this, however I have shopped at other grocery stores (Walmart and Sobeys mainly) for 15+ years and have NEVER seen this until now. There must be an infestation in the store that is not properly managed! Absolutely disgusting…

Superstore has become one of the worst stores to shop at. Their prices are always high. The optimum points are hard to understand, and you may or may not receive them with an app that is very confusing.
I have basically stopped shopping there because I feel like I am in a corral like an animal with gates on the entrance and some of the exit areas. I do feel that these gates on the exits are not legal for fire safety reasons.
Yesterday was my final day to shop there, as after leaving the hospital for surgery on my ankle, about an hour before, we stopped by for some cereal. I had taken my own cart for support in walking and left with an empty cart. When I reached the main entrance, my cart locked up, and the alarms went off. Not sure of the reason, but maybe the plate in my ankles set it off.
Anyway, thank you, Superstore, for making me feel like a handicapped thief.
