I find the dress code, really dumb and stupid just because someone’s getting ready to go to the pool. You don’t tell the customer off ever I should know because I work in retail. I recommend that best Western for nothing has one pool no hot tub due to high on maintenance, they remove the hot tub the hospitality terrible Rooms and beds were comfortable but the staff are disrespectful too. Special needs people.

Okay okay ✅ for the hubs, he did good ?. Was a great stay, my husband booked the room with jacuzzi for my birthday. Room was amazingly clean and comfortable and even went above and beyond leaving a birthday surprise which made my day feel even that much more special. Staff was so friendly, welcoming and approachable. The entire hotel from the time you walk in is clean and relaxed atmosphere with staff at the front desk smiling as you walk up to check in. Me and my husband ate at the warm, relaxed, friendly atmosphere restaurant they have in the hotel, food was delicious. I would really like to thank the staff and owners for going so far above and beyond making my birthday feel so special, it was a great surprise.Rooms: Clean, comfortable, relaxed, quit, we had the room with a jacuzzi which worked amazing with complementary relaxing bath salts and amazingly comfortable robes.Nearby activities: Walking distance from other restaurants but no need with such a great restaurant within the hotel that includes a bar. It’s on the outside part of town of bridgewater so anywhere from seconds to minutes from anything in bridgewater depending on where you want to go and mode of transportation.Noteworthy details: We noticed an atv/skidoo trail literally beside the hotel and lots of parking for unloading/loading. Gas station for refuelling is right down the road and the local Canadian tire and Walmart is in that section as well for restocking supplies, this would make a great stopping spot for anyone doing a long distance run.

Clean and Friendly! Close to town, but just far enough away to be quiet! Restaurants a minute walk away, but no need, an amazing restaurant inside the hotel with a bar! One of the best pools I have seen for kids and teens! Hard too book so book in advance, definitely worth staying! Concert of 250 people one night of the week and half we were there and never heard a sound even while we chatted with the owner in the lobby! ALL Staff is very friendly and polite! We have been all over the world and met friendly people, but without a doubt the people are some of the politest we have met! Ground were impeccable! If there was a flaw it was that it rained two days! Definitely not their fault!Rooms: Very clean and tidy! Very comfortable! TV, fridge, desk and chair, comfortable relaxing chair and ottoman.Safety: Safe and secure!

BW has the best staff and restaurant. Had the beef tips, so good. Can't wait to try it again.Walkability: Easy walk to Walmart, Cdn.Tire, Swiss Chalet, Boston Pizza and the wonderful trail system.

Stayed in the jacuzzi suite which was really nice. Nice big room, very comfortable bed. Staff at check in were very helpful. The included breakfast was good and had good selection of items. Really wonderful experienceRooms: Really large comfortable room with a jacuzzi tub.

Had a long drive late at night. Decided perhaps I should find a place to stay at a nearby hotel. It was 1:30AM and Bestwestern Plus Bridgewater gave me their "best price" of $199+tax (would be $230). Their parking lot wasn't full and they clearly had rooms available that would otherwise stay empty that night. Why charge atrocious rates for people walking in halfway through the night? Needless to say, I didn't stay there.
