It's really hard to beat finding lots of great deals that are affordable for every day life here. There are two stores in town and both have a few slight differences. They offer enough items for groceries to save money vs other stores. Also getting utensils and other kitchen supplies without spending a fortune is great for anyone on a budget, or anyone who just doesn't like over paying for similar items.

I made a special trip to purchase more of a certain item I bought there before, but that item was nowhere to be found and in it's place on the shelf was Christmas ornaments, not impressed. This store is too small.

This is a dollar store. They sell a huge array of different items. Most are prices cheap but some items can be bought cheaper in a grocery store. The store in Cookville NS sells bread and buns which is very convenient. The staff is alaays friendly although there is a tall blonde staff member who always seems to talk too much and slows down the checkout line. They are very nice though
