I can’t believe the wait times at this branch. I waited 45 minutes to see a teller. So many people had waited over an hour. I had no choice but to see a teller or I would have turned around and walked out! And what bank stays open only until 3pm? This is definitely big business trying to make more money and the customers suffer because of it! It’s not like we can go to another branch that is close because they shut down the one in Liverpool. Might just change banks!

The hours of this branch are actually 9:30-3, not the advertised hours of 9:30-5. The building is open until 5 but there are no teller services after 3, which is the reason most people go to a bank in person (almost everything else can be done online). This is the closest branch for me, an hour drive each way, and I left work a bit early to get there because they have no evening or weekend hours. I arrived just after 4, only to be told (after waiting in line for ten minutes) that they could have helped me before 3 when teller service was still open, but not now.

Don’t care about their customers or have realistic business hours for people who work a real job. Will be switching banks.

Very nice service i got today. I went for simple withdrawal. The person i meet over there he helped me very patiently he is very professional and friendly person. He advised me to meet with advisor. I forgot his name. I know there is line up but after talking to him i realized they give good customer service and good financial advise as well. Recommended scotiabank to everyone

Probably the slowest branch of any bank that I have ever been to. Expect a 1 hour wait in line.

This bank has really gone down hill. I'm glad i do almost everything other than get larger amounts of cash out. The fact that the lady withdrew from the wrong account and then huffed and puffed because she had to go back in the ystem to correct it.

The bank’s hours are highly inconvenient... I traveled all the way from Shelburne only to find the ATMs out of service!!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!! 😡 Martin made the experience worse by giving off creepy vibes… get a grip!!!!!

Worst bank I’ve ever been to. Terrible hours, ATMs never work. I’d give negative stars if it was possible.

The Assistance bank manager b***h told me with a smile that the bank tellers were closed, but in a very rude not straightforward way at this was quarter after 3 .....
She ripped my cheque out of my hands and when I said give it back she did not right away, I had to yell for her to give it back infront of everybody....

I had a really unsettling experience with a guy named Martin at Scotiabank. His behavior was creepy and totally unprofessional — definitely not the way a bank employee should act. I left feeling super uncomfortable, and honestly, no one should have to deal with that during a normal visit. Management seriously needs to address this.
Martin said my deposit amount outloud (which is a serious privacy concern) especially in a public setting where others can overhear sensitive financial information. It shouldn’t be acceptable. He furrowed his brows and gave me a strange, lingering look that made the interaction feel very off, and than said “Okay..…” The whole thing came off as creepy and unprofessional.
This should never happen during a routine banking visit.
