Went through the car wash 3 times and my car was still filthy. A pointless waste of time (at least they refunded me my money).

Paid for a car wash. It was out of soap. Went inside and told the lady and she gave me another car wash. Tried to use it said it was invalid. She told me that it was already used and I said I never used it. She said I was lying. Well I can tell you right now that'll be the last cent you ever get fror me... Freaking disgusted with these people... There's a better car wash on North Street in Bridgewater. I suggest that everybody if you don't want to be taken in by these people go to that car wash and it's newer and works better.
What's to investigate this shell is garbage, you will lose alot of business with your crappy employees

I switched to Shell since the CAA discount and the high octane gas...recently I have had the pleasure to be assisted by a young lady named Harpreet whilst stopping by. I have to say she is very pleasant and attentive to all customers as I am someone who watches such service as my wife worked retail for years. Harpreet makes eye contact with customers and never gets rankled regardless of the workload. She needs to be commended for her pleasant disposition and positive attitude.

Mya is an attendant there and if she’s not the manager she should be. She is super personal, gregarious and ultra attentive to customer service and needs. Mya apologized to a number of customers held up by a lottery customer while multitasking. She never gets rankled despite the pressure of a busy and hectic environment. I guess I’m also a little biased as she freed me from being locked into the car wash when it malfunctioned. You - and other businesses need more Myas!

consistently the worst place for gas on the south shore. Slow as molasses in January and nothing ever works. I have never had a smooth experience here.

This has always been my place of business for Shell products, until this morning. When an employee (male- safety vest) started joining in on the hate filled ramblings with a customer on pump 5. The *uck Trudeau yelling, personal threats against the PM and "We pay enough taxes for that *ucker already. " When I paid, I asked the clerk to tell the other employee that -I would like you to report him to your manager for the vile acts of conduct outside your establishment. While I know that gas prices are rising because we must get ourselves off of fossil fuels- it by no means justifies the incident that took place this morning. Please educate.

Today was first an last time I will get gas at this station I don't appreciate cashiers being on phone an laughing in my face, I'm sure overall they could be good there but this type of behavior does not make me want to go back

I wish I could give this review lower then one star. The guy that works there he was from India. He made fun of me of the way I talked when I asked for what kind of cigarettes I wanted. The store was full of people. He laughed in my face and made me feel embarrassed and small. That is not how to do customer service even other people was upset of him the way he was treating me. I will never go back there again.
