This location is horrible, they never answer their phones, and if you leave a message you are lucky if they listen to them. Theireplantation for why it can take more than 24 hours to fill your perscription does not make sense.

Jennifer in pharmacy has to be one of the rudest and most incompetent people I've had to deal with. Has zero personality but excels at making customers feel like they're bothering her/ interrupting her so important work. Will never return to this pharmacy. Best thing about this store is self check-out.

I am out of town and I forgot a medical item. The pharmacist approved and filled the prescription. Great service and fast!

Be prepared if you have an issue, it will fall on deaf ears. When you try to explain, it is like talking to the wall. I find them the worst people to deal with when it comes to pharmacy services. Not trained in customer service I expect. Just walk away or stay away, it is not worth the stress.

The customer experience is very poor at this location ? The staff were rude and argumentative and didn't seem at all interested in helping me with a serious issue. I have since moved my prescriptions to Pharasave and will not be shopping here again.

No cashiers were available to ring in my purchases today. Instead, there was a sign on both spots normally staffed by workers directing customers to use the self checkouts. I left my purchases on the counter and went to leave the store because I refuse to patron a store without the option of a cashier. An employee materialized from somewhere down an empty aisle and was totally non -communicative as she reluctantly and rudely rung in my purchases . She did not answer my question when I asked her why customers was being forced to use the self checkouts without the option of a cashier .She did not apologize for the inconvenience or even wish me a good day. I wouldn't ever go back to this Shoppers if I did not get my prescriptions here.

An hour ago I went to shoppers to buy some items. They sales associate told me that I can buy a bag polymer bag for 35 cents. I found this is not acceptable. Making money in the name of environment. If shoppers want to save our environment they could stop selling polymer bag like other stores. Please take this issue seriously and do something. They are playing bad....

The post office staff are lovely, however I just had a rather belittling experience in the beauty section which left a bad taste in my mouth. I understand that "loss prevention" is a part of retail work, as I did a brief stint in retail during my university days. However, it was impressed upon me to not "hover" over customers or profile them, but instead to engage them and ask if they need help. Needless to say, whilst I was trying to field a phone call from my husband, I had two lady workers doing the most obvious bit of staring I have ever seen, and even going so far as to follow me into the next isle despite clearly being able to see the item I was purchasing in my hand. I am a white-collar professional in my 30s, and haven't been treated like this since I was a rascally teenager loitering around the mall with my friends. I went to the cosmetics counter to pay for my items and the lady who rang me in was rather chilly. I wasn't exactly dressed to the nines, but I don't think I looked terribly bum-ish by Bridgewater standards and am a little surprised at this treatment. It was a tad humiliating. I understand that you have a job to do, but please, maybe try to be a little more subtle and tactful when you profile people- we all do it, but there is a "right way" and a "wrong way". Next time I'll just go to Sephora.
