I have been using TD now for almost 2 decades. I paid off my house mortage 2 years ago and I am still waiting for my mortage discharge papers... Ive brought this up numerous times now over the years... I'm really considering changing banks because of thisUpdate - They actually did call me back after 2 or 3 days! Finally got a confirmation letter for my mortage discharge.

Update: contacted the rep via email as I was asked to do, was immediately reached out to by Ryan... was told they would get back to me in 2-3 days ago... and a week later I still haven't heard anything. Less than impressed.I have been with TD Bank for most of my adult life.Typically I have always had great service.... Except one lady who goes above and beyond to inconvenience me.... and that's fine (there's one in every workplace).....Once even telling me.they could cash a $10K check because "they don't have that much in the bank".... only when authorities were called did they agree (after a vigorous "prove this is your money" situation" because they didn't think I looked like somehow who would be entitled to so much)However, this bank, a bank I have dealt with for many years has blatantly STOLEN $950 from me and refuse to take responsibility for their own error (they somehow lost a cash deposit that I have proof that I made)....Anyway, for years they were fine, good hours for a bank and 90% of the time great customer service...But remember if they can steal my money they can steal yours too.I switched to ScotiaBank and have had all upcoming payments intercepted to my new ScotiaBank account.Very disappointed by TD Bridgewater. As a parent of 6 losing $950 was a real bummer but I won't do business with them again.

My whole reason to go to the bank today was to deposit money into my account. The bank was clean and bright and in good repair.Using the machine was frustrating. I was trying to put in 3 Bill's. None of them would be recognized. There were no instructions to have the Bill's face a certain direction but I found in the end it would only accept the Bill's in s specific orientation. Thst was annoying. A pic of a boll showing what was to insert would be helpfulThe location... while close to shopping it is hell if you are trying to go left from there

Very good. Used the ATM machine and it was very easy to use.

The only problem I had was yesterday the machines didnt work
