Hands down, worst customer service I have ever received. Went in to UPS store in Bridgewater on multiple occasions, no acknowledgement upon entry, very rude and blunt service by both male and female parties working, no thanks for business.At first I thought it was a stand-alone experience but has happened numerous times!

Horrible customer service at the Bridgewater location! I have utilized this location on a couple of occasions and I will never go back. The staff are rude, ignorant and really do not want to help you even though you are paying for the services.Both visits were horrible and I was made to feel like I was a bother to them being there. Personally I wouldn’t even give 1 star rating if I had a choice!If you have other options to use, do it before going to this location!

Bought an dewalts air compressor and the guy who delivered it had the compressor upside down on the motor of the compressor, needless to say, the motor was broken, I'm not surprised ups would still deliver something that they destroyed. I use to shunt Trailers in the moncton ups and the managers would open boxes and steal what they wanted from it, and mark it as damaged goods, they mess up my air compressor and still send it.. comical

I had a very positive experience here. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. My package was scanned in and I had a receipt with tracking number 20 seconds later.

The folks at this UPS store are great. A+ customer service. They accommodate and offer help and support in challenging situations. Good friends to have in this growing city.

The service at this location was great, however I sent 20 boxes to the US well packed and even double checked and topped up by staff and 80%-90% of my belongings were broken. I mean anything that was not clothing was smashed into millions of pieces. The boxes all arrived crushed, and the contents in pieces. I reached out immediately to the store and was told a claim would be made. This was in July, I have heard nothing and I have repeatedly reached out to them for an update. told they would look into it. I still have all the boxes and broken items sitting in my house. It's now almost FEB and nothing !

UPS is one of the WORST delivery companies out there! DO NOT USE THEM!I have been waiting for a delivery for several weeks now HAH! Was told driver came to house yesterday at a particular time and no one was home, WRONG. I was home all day, driver lied about it. Today I called them and got the runaround. Will I ever get my parcel? Probably but I’ll have to fight for it. This is not the 1st time this has happened. Be ware!!!

They makes things right, and I appreciate that. Paid for the “pack and ship guarantee” and yet my package arrived at the sender damaged. UPS told me it was my fault, which is odd since these folks packed it. When I went in to dispute, they said their hands were tied and I’d only get my insurance claim back if the package was lost. After some discussion, they refunded my shipping costs. They didn’t have to, but they made things right. Respect.

Lucky to have such great professional friendly staff and service! Just like everything in life, sometimes things unfortunately happen. In reviewing some of the "comments of concern", with one being more than reasonable, the others plainly demonstrate that no matter what you do, some people are just unrealistic and would be hard to please. I for one have always had stellar service and have no problem supporting this business!

Called and asked for help regarding a calendar layout - a printing service they offer - and was replied with an "oh I don't know, call the 1-800 number", and of course the 1-800 humber for UPS only deal with shipping. Two stars down. The fact that the clerk didn't even ask if anyone else in the store knows how to, or tell me to call again when that person is back (surely someone knows how to operate the calendar printer there) is another star less. There's just so much negative energy in this store - feeling unwelcome on the phone or in person, like is this really in Nova Scotia? So different from the people I know in NS.

I visit with my friend for copies. Staff lady wasn't nice. My friend ask glue to lady she didn't understand first then he repeated three times and she understood. That's ok because he got different accent. BUT after this when she leave counter and went to corner she was telling to his coworker that customer is insane by using sign language. Which is totally disrespect and i caught her but didn't react that time and we leave soon. THIS IS WHAT SHE WAS DOING
