No fitting rooms, wrong measurements on men's jeans, would not return or make exchange 30 min after purchase with labels and receipt, rude and unaccomadating staff. Last time I ever give them by business.

Last trip discovered 10+ items charging more than brand new, like this bottle of dollerama acetone, for a dollar more than the listed price....and it's open.
I'll stop donating to value village and donate my items to other more ethical thrift stores. Charging $45 for a winter jacket I donated, that I bought from value village the previous year for $22.
This is why their CEO makes over 4 million dollar salary a year!!!!! It's now more expensive to buy used than new.
Praying for your bankruptcy. Or that you get sued for your non sensical business practices.

The fact that there is no fitting room here means that if you buy something and it doesn’t fit you have no choice but to make a second trip into the store to return it. What a colossal waste of everyone’s time and money. There’s absolutely no reason to shop here.

I will no longer buy clothing here. I was embarrassed today because I asked for an extension on the my receipt date due to how far away I live. You would think I was asking for the moon. You either provide change rooms or do something else to accommodate. I’m not going to risk throwing money out the window.

Went to Value Village twice today with my daughter and we found some fantastic goodies browsing around. But the best part is how friendly the staff are. Two ladies stood out -very helpful, friendly, and chatted with us as we were at self checkout. One was Joanne and the other lady, unfortunately I did not catch her name! Great customer service to you both!
