Had a pallet of pellets dropped off today in stewiacke. The entire staff was super helpful and easy to deal with.
I wanna give a special shout-out to their delivery driver. I’m terrible with names but he mentioned he’d been employed by BMR for 4 months. He’s an older lad and I just wanna say he was the highlight of my week. A very genuine soul and because of him specifically I’ll be recommending and praising BMR for the rest of my life. He deserves the recognition. Thankyou so much.

Great store and staff. They always have great deals, often better then most large retailers. I would advise checking this place out first for any home or yard needs. Again, staff there are top notch.

Ive been a customer of Brookfield Lumber for several years and they consistently strive for complete customer satisfaction. They may have the buying power of a chain, but they behave like a small, privately-owned hardware store where youre treated like youre important.
